The City of O'Fallon, Missouri, is hiring a Custodian II to maintain clean, safe city buildings for staff and the public. The position is full-time and on-site, with a weekend start and weekday mornings; pay is $20.35 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms and offices, restocking supplies, removing trash, minor repairs, and reporting maintenance needs. The role requires reading/writing, 1–2 years experience, a Missouri driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Formación

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• 1–2 years related experience or equivalent training.
• Valid Missouri driver’s license for the type of vehicle operated.
• Pass a comprehensive background screening for access to law enforcement facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Clean offices, including floors, blinds, and furniture.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Report maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
• Unload and inventory cleaning supplies.
• Launder towels and mop heads.
• Strip and wax floors.
• Remove snow from sidewalks.
• Assist with setting up meeting spaces.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
