An established university seeks a dedicated Custodian II to ensure a clean and safe environment across campus facilities. In this role, you will perform a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks, collaborating with various departments to deliver high-quality services. Under direction of the Supervisor, Custodial Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with colleagues, the Custodian II will perform physical labor for a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment. This role will collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high quality custodial services in a timely manner.

This is a Regular, Nonexempt, 40 hour per week position.
Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.32 per hour
The above pay range reflects what Pepperdine University reasonably expects to pay for this position at time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant factors such as work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
