• Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate ranging between $16.43 for 0 years of experience and $19.80
• This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.

What You Bring -- Competencies

• Understanding of cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures
• Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building maintenance
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy items
• Proper handling of cleaning supplies

What You’ll Do -- Accountabilities

• Maintain a clean and healthy environment, achieve proficiency on Facilities Rubric and Audit
• Complete work orders and daily cleaning responsibilities
• Identify facility needs for capital expenditures

• Operate safely, complete training, use PPE, and report unsafe situations

• Manage supplies efficiently, keep inventory logs, and maintain equipment

• Demonstrate reliability through attendance and punctuality, work flexible hours
