Role Mission: Custodians are responsible for providing an enhanced learning environment that exemplifies IDEA’s commitment to excellence through a clean, safe, high-quality facility.

What We Offer

• Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate ranging between $13.50 for 0 years of experience and $16.54
• This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.

What You’ll Do — Accountabilities

• Maintain a clean, healthy environment for learning
• Complete work orders and daily cleaning responsibilities
• Work with Facilities Manager on facility needs and capital expenditures

• Operate safely, complete training, use PPE, lock chemicals, report unsafe situations

• Manage supplies and equipment efficiently, minimize consumption, maintain inventory logs, order supplies, maintain equipment

• Demonstrate reliability through attendance and punctuality, work flexibly, follow schedules, prioritize tasks
