Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a diligent Public Area Attendant to keep hotel public spaces clean and welcoming. Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, lobbies, and guest areas, and delivering and retrieving rollaway beds and related items to guest rooms.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand/walk for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 100 pounds. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of cleaning experience

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or 21 (varies by property).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods for majority of shift.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies, stairways, locker rooms).
• Deliver and retrieve rollaway beds, irons, ironing boards, and other items to guest rooms.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
