Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a diligent housekeeping associate to clean public areas such as hallways and lobbies and to deliver/ retrieve rollaway beds, irons, and boards to guest rooms. The role includes bio-chemical material handling and routine equipment maintenance in a casino environment.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods for majority of shift.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Deliver and retrieve rollaway beds, irons, ironing boards, and other items to guest rooms.
• Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical material.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by management
