Michigan State University College of Engineering is seeking custodial staff for two in-person roles at Olin Health Center and Plant and Soil Science building in East Lansing. Work Monday to Friday, 4:30PM–1:00AM, with potential after-hours and weekend shifts.
The pool posting supports two positions to maintain MSU facilities per established cleaning standards. Applicants should have at least one year of cleaning experience and be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Pay rate: $19.15 - $20.16 upon meeting probationary period requirements. This position will perform cleaning and maintenance activities; understand and give verbal or written instructions; read chemical, biological, or radioactive warning signs; remove snow with shovel or snow blower; retain training information required for custodial methods, equipment, and products; make independent decisions to accomplish acceptable cleaning standards using appropriate methods, products, and equipment.
This position will engage in high performing, leading edge practices, valuing people, partners and stewardship.
Experience in maintaining wood floors.
