The Custodian/Housekeeper person reports directly to the Property Manager or the Lead Maintenance Technician. It is essential that the Custodian/Housekeeper person report to work at his/her regularly scheduled work hours. The Custodian/Housekeeper/Grounds person must be able to “walk” the property on a regular and as-needed basis in order to perform his/her job duties. The Custodian/Housekeeper must have the physical capability to walk all around the property, including stairs. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Custodian / Housekeeper person are required to report and replace missing light bulbs, building damage or vandalism, unusual circumstances and conditions, and other related incidents, in writing, to their supervisor.
The Project may be zoned in sections to be determined by the Supervisor and a specific Custodian/Housekeeper person may be assigned to each zone. It will be his/her responsibility to pick up the trash in the morning of each day, clean sidewalks and perform such duties as may be required by the supervisor.
In addition, the Custodian / Housekeeper person performs such other duties as may be assigned by the Property Manager or other Supervisors.
