PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for on-site leadership of campus custodial operations. Oversee routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED

Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to communicate in English, interface with staff and community, operate cleaning equipment, lift heavy objects, properly handle toxic cleaning supplies, and supervise employees.

Experience:
Experience in custodial work.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Tools/Equipment Used: Buffer, scrubber, stripper, vacuum cleaner, shampooer, extractor, propane burnisher, and other electrical tools.

Posture: Frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.

Motion: Frequent walking, climbing stairs/ladders, grasping, reaching, and overhead reaching.

Lifting: Heavy lifting and carrying between 20-80 lbs daily.

Environment: Indoor and outdoor work, on slippery or uneven surfaces, exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, chemicals, ladders, and occasional prolonged hours.

Mental Demands: Maintain emotional control under stress; flexible with schedules.
