Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. Responsibilities include janitorial duties, hazardous waste handling, and operating cleaning equipment. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional communication.

Shift Tue-Sat 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with a pay range of $15.00–$16.00 per hour. A valid driver's license may be required; bilingual ability is a plus; uphold a professional appearance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license may be required based on business needs.
• Completed safety and task training certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily housekeeping as scheduled.
• Handle hazardous waste responsibilities including collection, classification, labeling, and packaging.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain assigned areas.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor and follow safety rules.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and work in a team to complete tasks.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to company protocols.
