Bay College in Escanaba is seeking a Custodian/Groundsworker to maintain campus grounds and perform custodial tasks. The role supports student and staff safety and assists with event setups on a 24-hour schedule across a 60% full-time equivalent position.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, can work with minimal supervision, and operates power equipment. A valid driver’s license is required; associates degree and forklift experience are preferred.

Maintains grounds/landscape on campus sites for proper college appearance and safety, including but not limited to lawns, planters, tree areas, walkways, drives. Provides general maintenance and custodial services for students, faculty and staff. Sets ups for special events.
