Job summary

Career Systems Development Corporation in Troutdale, OR is seeking a Custodian and Groundskeeper to perform general duties across the center. The role focuses on keeping indoor and outdoor areas clean, safe, and well maintained.

You will work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, operate lawn and maintenance equipment, assist with transporting center equipment, and participate in required training sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.
• Preferred: One year or more work-related experience.
• Knowledge: Must possess a valid State driver’s license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
