Position Quick Facts

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain building facilities
• Perform routine maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal using appropriate equipment
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Set up and break down tables and chairs for events
• Assist with receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies
• Operate buffers, floor-care machines, vacuums, drills, and small power tools

Salary Range for 2024-2025

$19.56 to $21.34 per hour, based on experience
