GRBS Inc. invites you to join our team as a Custodian Full Time 2nd Shift Building Lead serving Haslett Public Schools in Haslett, Michigan. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, leadership, and teamwork to keep school facilities clean and well-maintained.

You will work Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly, with a pay rate of $16.75–$17.00 per hour. GRBS offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, perimeter security checks, walk areas for quality control, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following custodian opportunity available in Haslett Public Schools

• Monday - Friday and working 1 weekend a month
  • 3pm-11:30pm
  • 40 hours per week
