Job summary

GRBS Inc. has an opening for a Custodian Full Time 2nd Shift Building Lead at Haslett Public Schools in Haslett, MI. This 40-hour week runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and following GRBS processes to keep the school clean and safe. Core duties include arriving consistently, communicating respectfully, adhering to the building map and shift plan, performing routine cleaning tasks, and contributing to perimeter

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following custodian opportunity available in Haslett Public Schools

• Monday - Friday and working 1 weekend a month
  • 3pm-11:30pm
  • 40 hours per week
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Come to work consistently
  • Follow GRBS Process
  • Have mindful communication with respect to all
  • Finish the job to the building map and shift

Pay Rate: $16.75-$17.00 /hour

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Perimeter security checks
• Walk areas for quality control
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
