ESFM is seeking a Heavy Duty Driver Custodian/Janitor to drive company vehicles, deliver supplies, and transport coworkers. The role includes cleaning floors, washing walls, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste while maintaining a safe work environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

You will follow infection control plans, operate cleaning equipment, and move furniture to facilitate cleaning. Independence and teamwork are important in meeting daily operations and supervisor-directed

Formación

• Previous housekeeping/custodian experience is an asset.
• Canadian Driver Licence and clean Alberta Driver Abstract.
• WHMIS and BSW Certifications an asset.
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform all aspects of the job.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering supplies and equipment to various work locations.
• Transporting associates coworkers as required.
• Providing coverage for absent associates to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Must maintain a clean and safe vehicle and follow all company safety procedures.
• Dust and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning; take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinish floors, shampoo carpet.

How you will make an impact:
