LB&B Associates Inc. in Vermont is seeking a full-time custodian to maintain clean and sanitary facilities at Highgate Springs, Federal Buildings. The role offers an hourly rate of $21.00 and a standard schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with one weekend per month rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional cleaning and sanitizing services for commercial or government buildings.
• Perform hard surface floor care including carpet cleaning, shampoo/extraction, vinyl/tiling treatment, and use of high speed floor equipment and floor scrubbers.
• Maintain office cleanliness through sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and removing trash/recycling.
• Sanitize office spaces, breakrooms, and restrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Position: Full-Time Custodian

Location: Highgate Springs, VT (Federal Buildings)

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:0 AM - 3:30 PM

One weekend per month: Saturday & Sunday, 4 hours each day /6:00am-10:00am (rotational holidays).

As needed, you may be scheduled to work at the Saint Albans, VT facility.

Key Responsibilities
