Job summary

OPERATIONAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, LLC is seeking a custodian/maintenance worker to perform cleaning and basic maintenance across school buildings and district facilities. Roles available include both day and evening shifts, with full-time and part-time options.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, window washing, and light fixture tasks. Ability to pass fingerprint background checks and maintain professional conduct is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to write legibly and complete requested paperwork timely.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and professional relationships with students, faculty, administration, and community patrons.
• Must be able to pass fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, wet mopping, sweeping, buffing, dusting, trash removal, chalkboard cleaning.
• Clean restrooms, floors and fixtures; ensure hygienic conditions.
• Wash windows and sills; replace light bulbs and refills as needed.
• Set up facilities for student/adult use and assist with events.
• Work overtime and weekends as necessary to meet schedules.
