Job summary

Operational Professional Services, LLC. is seeking a custodial/maintenance team member to perform cleaning, upkeep and basic repair tasks for school buildings and grounds. Roles include day and evening shifts with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors and restrooms, window washing, and setting up facilities for events, with some overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to write legibly and complete requested paperwork timely
• Maintain a positive demeanor and professional relationship with students, faculty, administration, and community patrons
• Possess and maintain a valid ID
• Must be able to pass fingerprint background check

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, trash removal, chalkboard cleaning, disinfecting surfaces)
• Clean restrooms and fixtures to maintain hygiene
• Wash windows and sills
• Perform ongoing tasks (replace light bulbs, fill dispensers, setup facilities)
• Work overtime and weekends to meet district events and schedules
