Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is seeking a Custodian in Momence, IL to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across offices, restrooms, break areas, locker rooms, and warehouse spaces. The role requires a high school diploma and offers a full-time schedule from 6:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed. No prior experience is required, though 3–6 months in janitorial or sanitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of offices, restrooms, break areas, locker rooms, hand wash stations, warehouse spaces, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, remove debris, clean spills, sanitize surfaces, wash windows, and perform routine housekeeping tasks per schedules.
• Support food safety, quality, and audit requirements with supplemental cleaning as needed.
• Maintain accurate cleaning records and logs; monitor and replenish sanitation supplies.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals; identify hazards; follow safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment.
