START IMMEDIATELY - Custodian Day Porter Technician with Janitorial Experience.

We are seeking a Custodian Day Porter Technician who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional service at one of Boca Raton's most beautiful resorts. Comfort with walking for extended periods is necessary, as the property is large.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed methods.
• Mix cleaning and disinfecting solutions following safety protocols.
• Dust, mop, and sweep break areas, elevators, gyms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect designated areas.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Notify supervisor or Area Manager if supplies are needed.
• Report any equipment issues or repairs needed.
• Alert about any building hazards.
• Maintain organized storage for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Organize janitorial closet as needed.
• Secure interior offices if applicable.
• Shut off lights when required.
• Set alarms and secure main entry if applicable.
• Perform other duties as required within scope of work.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance and/or cleaning.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Physically dexterous for light lifting, bending, and stooping.

Additional Information / Benefits

• Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm, off Sunday and Monday.
