$15.00/hr - $15.50/hr

Job Overview

SBM Management is seeking a dependable Custodian/CSR to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The role requires custodial skills combined with strong customer service abilities. The CSR works collaboratively with team members and customers, following explicit instructions and demonstrating good judgment. Responsibilities include cleaning, light maintenance, safety compliance, and assisting with various cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
  • Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass/mirrors/windows, polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies)
  • Waste removal (emptying trash and recycling bins, transporting waste)
  • Light maintenance (replacing bulbs, restocking supplies)
  • Following safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Responding to supervision and using proper PPE
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct
  • Transporting equipment and organizing areas
  • Cleaning desktops, restrooms, elevators, upholstery, carpets, and common spaces as needed
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience
  • Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic math and understand measurements
  • Valid driver’s license if driving on company business
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Additional Details

Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 AM - 12:00 PM
