Job summary

The Poarch Creek Indians are seeking a Custodian to perform daily cleaning, upkeep, and basic maintenance of Tribal Government facilities. You will help keep a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work an early shift (4:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.). A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for required training are also needed as part of the full-time responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year custodial/housekeeping experience preferred.
• 6 months' custodial/housekeeping in an office setting preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to work odd and irregular hours as needed.
• Must complete background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities.
• Set up rooms for scheduled activities.
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment safely.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Dispose of waste according to policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
