Qualifications

• 5+ years of custodial or janitorial experience.
• Ability to follow rules, guidelines, and safety procedures consistently.
• Reliable transportation to support in-person work in Kennesaw, GA and Cobb County School's area.
• Ability to work part-time schedule in Cobb Co Schools area.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment is preferred.
• Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and respectful interaction with others.

• Follow all safety protocols and work practices to help maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide porter services as required, including moving furniture and setting up spaces for events.
• Maintain attention to detail to meet established cleanliness standards.
• Communicate respectfully and clearly with team members and facility users as needed.

Disinfectant Solutions of Atlanta is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Custodian to support Cobb County School's facilities. This part-time role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, order, and a safe, welcoming environment for all occupants.

Success in this position means completing assigned cleaning and floor care tasks efficiently and safely, following rules and guidelines consistently, and promptly reporting any repairs or concerns to management. You will help ensure spaces remain clean, organized, and ready for daily use.

• Successful completion of a background check.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment is preferred.
• Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is desirable.
• Basic maintenance skills and familiarity with residential painting are beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and respectful interaction with others.
