Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a dedicated Custodian in Buckeye/Goodyear, AZ to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across facilities. You will perform restroom and area cleaning, restock supplies, and report hazards while upholding our commitment to safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies (soap, towels, toilet paper).
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional service to staff, visitors, and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

What You'll Do

As a Custodian, your responsibilities will include:

• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Full-Time)
• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-7:00 PM (Part-Time)

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• 1+ year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Experience using cleaning equipment and products preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.
• Operate cleaning equipment and move janitorial carts as needed
• Work in a variety of environments, including restrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas
• Follow all PPE and safety protocols
