Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean and safe spaces in our facilities. You will clean restrooms, offices, and common areas, restock supplies, and report hazards while providing friendly service to staff and visitors.

This role supports our commitment to safety, sustainability, and community impact. Available schedules include Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Full-Time) and 3:00 PM-7:00 PM (Part-Time).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Experience using cleaning equipment and products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional service to staff, visitors, and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.
• Operate cleaning equipment and move janitorial carts as needed
• Work in a variety of environments, including restrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas
• Follow all PPE and safety protocols
