Maintains district cleaning standards and directs the work of the custodial crew to ensure a clean, sanitary, comfortable and safe building. Under the direction of the chief custodian, will work within established procedures to safeguard and operate the facility. Will plan and work with other custodians to accomplish the duties assigned.

Work is performed indoors and outside, sometimes in inclement weather. Employee may be exposed to dust and fumes from materials and equipment. Physical exertion is required and employee may be required to stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, walk or reach and have ordinary skill and speed using fingers, hands and limbs.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Employment with Clover Park School District is conditional pending completion of a Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint background check as required by RCW28A.400.303. (NOTE: All associated background check fees are the employee’s responsibility.) The fingerprint scan must be completed prior to the first day of employment.
