Job summary

Chamberlain Group, a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment, is seeking a dedicated cleaner for our Malvern, AR facility. You will perform floor cleaning, restroom sanitation, waste handling, minor maintenance tasks, and assist with event setup while following health and safety guidelines.

No prior experience required; a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) contributions are offered. This on-site role provides training opportunities and growth within a U.S.-based company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety practices, and basic maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors and other surfaces; follow safety protocols.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and common areas; replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles; ensure proper disposal.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with setup and tear-down for events and meetings.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines across teams.
• Protect the Company’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reading.
• Contribute to team efforts and participate in projects.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors and other surfaces as needed; follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and common areas; replenish supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles, ensure proper disposal
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with setup and tear-down for events and meetings
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $15.77 - $22.66/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

• This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
