Paycom is seeking a dependable Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on cleaning and general maintenance to keep areas safe, neat, and presentable in our facilities.

No formal education is required; six months of janitorial or general maintenance experience is acceptable, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. This is a 20+ hour per week position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Job Location: TX-San Antonio AC - San Antonio, TX 78212, Position Type: Part Time with Benefits 20 or More, Education Level: High School Diploma/GED, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Property, Performs a variety of general maintenance and housekeeping for the Area Command, maintains a safe, neatness and cleanliness of the facilities daily.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively.
• Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects.
• Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing.
• Ability to exert the physical energy required to perform the needed janitorial work.
• Duties are performed standing and requires squatting, climbing, bending and walking. Any of the preceding duties may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of sitting.
• Extensive amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to dirt, dust, disagreeable sights and/or odors, and various temperatures.
