Job Details

• Current JCPS Custodians and Substitute Custodians must submit a bid via the SUBMIT BID link below. Internal bids are not considered after 05/12/2025.
• Working Calendar: 261 Days / 8 Hours
• Salary Schedule: (attached) 1B Grade 2
• Pay Range: $15.66 - $17.91/hr, as per board-approved salary placement rules.

Scope of Responsibilities

Provides efficient, quality cleaning (housekeeping) tasks in district buildings following established practices, standards, and methods under supervisor direction.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to perform basic commercial cleaning tasks in schools and office buildings.
• Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment.
• Effective communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in a diverse workplace.
