Job summary

Ducommun, Inc. is seeking a Custodian for the 2nd shift at our Appleton, WI facility. The role involves general cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas and requires strict attendance and the ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, kitchens, and break areas, sweeping and mopping floors, and assisting with minor maintenance. Proper hazardous waste handling is required, along with completing other assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Requires excellent attendance.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Ability to organize tasks, create a schedule, and manage time efficiently.

• Empty trash containers.
• Clean and wash surfaces, including restrooms, kitchen and break areas.
• Sweep and mop floors, including periodic floor maintenance.
• Perform minor maintenance assistance as required.
• Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members.
• Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
• Perform other assignments as required
