What You’ll Do

• Perform custodial duties as directed by the Facility Director
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
• Perform groundskeeping, trash removal, window cleaning, and related tasks
• Ensure safety and compliance with all policies
• Assist with room setup, breakdown, and snow removal as needed
• Report safety or cleanliness issues promptly
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Follow safety standards and assist with inspections
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of custodial experience
• Knowledge of custodial equipment and procedures
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed
• Obtain required certifications within 90 days of hire
