Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Custodian for Washington Community School—Facilities. You will deliver high-quality cleaning with a friendly, customer-service approach to maintain a safe and healthy environment. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adaptability to support daily operations.

No prior work experience is required; full-time employment with comprehensive benefits is provided. Shifts are weekdays, afternoon/evening, with the opportunity to contribute to a positive campus atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• May provide housekeeping services in locations on client premises (offices, rooms, dorms, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, and more).

• May drive a golf cart or other vehicles.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.

What You’ll Do:

As an Custodian at Sodexo, you are an appearance care ambassador and hygiene hero. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service with a customer service smile to create a safe and healthy environment. Your passion for cleaning has a positive impact for those around you.

Responsibilities include:

• May provide housekeeping services in any location on client premises, including offices, patients’/residents’ rooms, dorms, classrooms, schools, common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas and any other areas that may require attention
• Complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas of the site are glistening.
• May drive a golf cart or other vehicles.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
