FULL-TIME (hours per week: 40) M-F 7:00AM-4:00PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:

Must be able to make independent decisions in order to respond to the performance work statement/statement of work and understand when to seek support from next level management.
Ensure personal protective equipment is worn as required.
Notification to supervisor any and all customer complaints and the resolution thereof.
Comply with all Phoenix personnel policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Clean and supply all areas outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Remove trash and ashtrays and replace liners.
Clean and polish all stainless steel areas to include drinking fountains throughout the location.
Clean and maintain all floors (mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.)
Provide dusting, glass cleaning, and sanitizing of all surfaces outlined in the PWS.
Clean all appliances
Periodically inspect assigned equipment, and report broken, unsafe, or faulty equipment to the project management.
Ensure cleaning discrepancies are cleared in a timely manner.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO THIS POSITION MAY INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Travel may be required.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Adequate hearing required for conversation, telephone use, and emergency information systems.
Ability to be independently mobile on all surfaces and situations.
Ability to move safely about work area.
Ability to retrieve items from high and low areas.
Ability to perceive size, discrimination, temperature, shapes, and/or textures.
Physical stamina to work at least 8 hours per day.
