AHRC Nassau is seeking a porter to perform custodial duties at indoor sites in New York. The role includes cleaning tasks such as carpet care, stripping, waxing and buffing, and assisting with moving supplies and equipment.

The ideal candidate has six months of porter cleaning experience or completion of ACCES–VR porter training, can handle medium to heavy manual labor, and has training in using commercial cleaning equipment. A NYS driver's license is required.

Formación

• Must have at least six months prior porter cleaning experience or completion of ACCES –VR porter training program.
• Ability to perform medium to heavy manual labor; ability to understand instructions given by supervisor.
• Has some training in use of commercial cleaning equipment.
• Carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing and buffing experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a qualified NYS driver’s license.
