Job summary

Ziegler Inc. is seeking a dependable custodial associate to maintain cleanliness across the facility, loading dock, shop, and yard areas. You will remove trash, transport pallets, assist other departments, and ensure orderly workspaces.

The role requires following safety procedures and lifting up to 50 lbs, with forklift operation as a key duty. This safety-sensitive position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for safety procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to operate forklift.
• Able to operate required equipment safely (forklifts, floor scrubbers, and other cleaning equipment).
• Minor mechanical ability.

Responsibilities

• Move empty pallets and cardboard to the appropriate bins outside.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $20.15 to $24.17. Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location.
