Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Tucson is seeking a Custodian to help maintain clean, welcoming spaces for customers and communities. December 2026 to January 1, 2027 start date offers an opportunity to begin soon and grow with the team.

You will be trained and supported as you perform routine cleaning, floor care, and supply management in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and pride in workmanship.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining facilities: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, polishing, and ensuring every corner shines.
• Floor care: Carpet cleaning and hard surface floor care.
• Managing supplies: Keeping inventory of cleaning products and tools to stay ready for every task.

Your Role:
