Job summary

Arctic Cat Inc. in Thief River Falls, MN is seeking a custodial associate to maintain cleanliness in production areas and common spaces. The role supports safety and quality by sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, stocking supplies, and assisting with general facility upkeep.

No prior experience required (0-2 years). Must complete Tugger training, be able to lift up to 35 pounds, and work on cement floors for long shifts. Training provided; the position is full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean floors in designated areas
• Keep bathrooms and lunchrooms clean and sanitary to meet Textron Specialized Vehicles standards
• Replenish designated supplies throughout the facility
• Assist the production lines and material groups with bailing cardboard and moving pallets
• Conduct routine cleaning to the building’s exterior: grounds maintenance, trash removal, etc.
• Assist maintenance and EHS in cleaning equipment and spills under direction from supervisor
• Perform other duties as requested by custodial supervisor
