Mirabella at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. The role includes cleaning, event setup, and safe operation of custodial equipment.

The position requires attention to detail, independent work habits, and the ability to engage positively with residents. Weekend coverage and shift timing are noted in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in custodial services or related field preferred.
• Experience operating custodial equipment and cleaning products safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Set up and take down meeting rooms and event spaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment for resident and community activities.
• Operate custodial and floor-care equipment safely and effectively while cleaning assigned areas.
• Perform carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, window washing, trash removal, and other custodial duties.
• Support a safe and welcoming environment by following safety procedures and responding appropriately to emergencies.

We are seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Set up and take down meeting rooms and event spaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment for resident and community activities.

Saturday - Tuesday /5:00am - 1:30pm

About You
