Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a custodial professional to maintain clean, safe facilities across offices, warehouses, and production areas. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, receiving into SAP, and supporting plant events. The role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming, and using a powered floor scrubber.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms daily.
• Remove trash from restrooms, breakrooms, and offices daily.
• Clean conference and training rooms as required.
• Wash door handles, walls, windows and contact surfaces as required.
• Help prepare office and conference rooms for visitors, meetings or training sessions.
• Unpack deliveries of IDs and labels and receive inventory into SAP.
• Store IDs and labels and other items neatly in the ID cage.
• Be involved in CI, 5S and STW activities.

Perform custodial work in offices, warehouses, manufacturing areas, and other internal and external areas of the property. Maintain IDs and the ID cage, including organizing, kitting, and receiving into SAP. At ORBIS, our people come first. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming, and using powered floor scrubber
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakroom daily
• Remove trash from restrooms, breakrooms, and offices daily
• Clean conference and training rooms as required
• Wash door handle, walls, windows, and contact surfaces as required
• Help prepare office and conference rooms for visitors, meetings, or training sessions
• Assist HR in preparing for plant events and activities
• Unpack deliveries of IDs and labels and receive inventory into SAP
• Store IDs and labels and other items neatly in the ID cage
• Kit up IDs, molded logos and hot stamp dies for upcoming orders
• Able to print production orders, 1st pc inspect sheets and product locators for upcoming jobs
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed)
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities
• Other duties as assigned
