Menasha Corporation is hiring for custodial and facilities support in our Georgetown, KY area. You will maintain clean facilities, manage ID cages, and assist with receiving into SAP. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork within a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safe and clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming, and using powered floor scrubber.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakroom daily.
• Remove trash from restrooms, breakrooms, and offices daily.
• Clean conference and training rooms as required.
• Wash door handles, walls, windows, and contact surfaces as required.
• Help prepare office and conference rooms for visitors, meetings, or training sessions.
• Assist HR in preparing for plant events and activities.
• Unpack deliveries of IDs and labels and receive inventory into SAP.
• Store IDs and labels and other items neatly in the ID cage.
• Kit up IDs, molded logos and hot stamp dies for upcoming orders.
• Print production orders, inspection sheets and product locators for upcoming jobs.
• Work safely using PPE and adhere to STW documentation.
• Be involved in Continuous Improvement; promote CI, 5S and STW.

About The Opportunity

Perform custodial work in offices, warehouses, manufacturing areas, and other internal and external areas of the property. Maintain IDs and the ID cage, including organizing, kitting, and receiving into SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming, and using powered floor scrubber.

• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).


• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities.


• Other duties as assigned.
