Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is looking for a Custodian in Schererville, IN to keep the club clean, safe, and welcoming for members and staff. You will sanitize equipment, clean locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas, and ensure exterior cleanliness.

You will stock supplies, complete daily checklists, and assist members while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage daily tasks and priorities.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the club, including fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club.
• Stock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items for the facility.
• Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Assist with service to the members and guests when required.
• Maintain friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members, and guests.
