Job summary

The Cypress of Raleigh is seeking a full-time Custodian for the day shift (Monday–Friday) in our beautiful non-smoking senior living community in Raleigh, NC. Join a top team with excellent pay and benefits.

You will be responsible for floor care, trash disposal, and cleaning of common areas as part of a dedicated staff. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, holiday pay, DailyPay, PTO and a matched 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must have valid and active Driver License issued from any state.
• Successful completion of Cypress Club of Raleigh’s golf cart training.

Job Description: The custodian is responsible for major floor care projects, trash disposal, and cleaning of common areas in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:
