The role requires standing for 8 hours, lifting up to 40 pounds, and following safety procedures. Training and support are provided, with a stable schedule and chance for growth within the facilities team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Experience with cleaning procedures and equipment preferred.
• Able to work independently and make decisions.
• Willingness to work in environments exposed to heat, cold, dirt and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of office building, restrooms, change rooms, and break rooms.
• Sweep and mop floors in hallways, offices, and other designated areas.
• Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces to ensure a dust-free environment.
• Operate mechanical floor scrubbing equipment to maintain flooring standards.

Pay Range: $41600 - $41600

Shift: First Shift 3am-11am
