Stoneridge Creek Pleasanton is seeking a full-time Custodian to maintain floors, clean public areas, and assist with routine maintenance in a stable, upscale senior living community in Pleasanton, CA. Weekends and holidays* are required, with shifts starting at 5:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 10:30 AM.

Location: Stoneridge Creek
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Shift: Varied shifts with start times of 5:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 10:30 AM. Weekends and holidays required.
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour + bonuses + annual pay increases
Custodians work to make sure that all types of buildings are neat, clean, free from clutter and are safe. Custodians spend their days picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or using industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, making sure buildings are secure, cleaning windows, and minor maintenance. While the majority of the work is inside buildings, some work will involve keeping lawns or sidewalks clean, tending to ornamental gardens, trash removal and parking lot cleaning.
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

Stoneridge Creek is a large Continuing Care Retirement Community on 50 acres in Pleasanton, CA in the Bay Area. The community consists of 565 Independent Living Units in Villas, Town Homes, and Apartments, as well as a Healthcare Center consisting of 73 Skilled Nursing beds and 67 Assisted Living Apartments.
