Job summary

UG2 in the United States seeks a Custodian to perform janitorial duties across multiple sites under supervision. You will vacuum, clean bathrooms, restock supplies and maintain clean, safe facilities.

You will use proper cleaning techniques, wear PPE, and collaborate with building leaders and staff to deliver high-quality service. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of related customer service and/or facility services related experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid Driver's License is a plus.
• Floor care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Cleaning windowsills and windows.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
• Wearing of proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
• Maintain vending closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Other routine maintenance duties as assigned.

DIRECT REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Janitorial Supervisor/Manager

Major Function

The Custodian, under the direction of the Janitorial Supervisor or Manager, is responsible for performing janitorial duties for buildings and related areas. Quality customer service skills are required. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential.

Job Responsibilities
