Job summary

ProSource Staffing is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and manufacturing environment. This role covers routine cleaning, sanitation, waste removal, and general facility upkeep to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) with opportunities to contribute to a well-maintained facility and safe operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing/pulling as needed.
• Ability to safely use basic cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain warehouse, manufacturing, office, break room, restroom, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and work areas.
• Remove trash, cardboard, debris, and other waste materials.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness around warehouse equipment and workstations.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Assist with keeping aisles, walkways, and common areas clear of debris and hazards.
• Follow proper procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report spills, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to management.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Perform additional general cleaning and facility-support duties as assigned.
