Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning tasks as directed by the Custodial Services Lead.
• Clean equipment, walkways, windows, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
• Follow proper cleaning methods for various surfaces and materials.
• Assist with minor painting or routine maintenance tasks when instructed.
• Maintain and use custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, pressure washers.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify the Lead when inventory is low.
• Identify and report facility issues to the Custodial Services Lead.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement standards by keeping areas organized and orderly.

What You'll Do

• Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Lead
• Clean equipment, walkways, windows, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
• Follow proper cleaning methods for various surfaces and materials
• Assist with minor painting or routine maintenance tasks when instructed
• Maintain and properly use custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, sump vacuums, and pressure washers
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify the Lead when inventory is low
• Identify and report facility issues or needed repairs to the Custodial Services Lead
• Support 5S and continuous improvement standards by keeping areas organized and orderly

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in industrial or facility cleaning preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 lbs
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safe handling of equipment
• Ability to operate common custodial tools (vacuums, scrubbers, pressure washers, ladders, basic hand tools)
• Comfortable working in industrial environments with noise, moving equipment, dust, and fumes
