Job summary

PK Property Services is seeking a Custodian in Minnetonka, MN for a full-time 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm, M-F). The position offers competitive pay at $20.00 per hour, along with health benefits and a 401(k) with company matching.

You will maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients and report daily work completed. Responsibilities include cleaning, window washing, floor care, waste disposal, and collaboration with on-site staff.

Qualifications

• Pass a standard background check including E-Verify.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision.
• Experience in construction or general labor preferred.
• Ability to operate minor equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

As a Custodian at PK Property Services, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and value being part of a supportive team.

Position Overview & Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of specified areas to each specific facility’s needs


• Window washing, sanitizing, dusting


• Floor care includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping


• General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms


• Completing daily reports for work completed


• Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks
