Job summary

PK Property Services is hiring for a Full-Time PM Floater on the 2nd shift in Saint Paul, MN. You will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our commercial clients. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, window washing, floor care, waste disposal, daily reports, and coordination with on-site staff. Must pass a background check; a valid driver’s license is preferred. Weather conditions and physical tasks are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify.
• Ability to operate minor equipment.
• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Previous custodial or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

• Window washing, sanitizing, dusting.
• Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.

Position Summary:

As a Custodian at PK Property Services, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and value being part of a supportive team.

Position Overview & Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of specified areas to each specific facility’s needs
• Window washing, sanitizing, dusting
• Floor care includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms
• Completing daily reports for work completed
• Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks
